That’s why you have this service to begin with — so you can just live your life without worry. In the same vein, you get reminders about your credit reports 3 times a year as opposed to daily monitoring and alerts from the companies.
We’re not suggesting there isn’t a reason to understand how identity theft works as it seems that Zander ID Protection really wants to educate the consumer with their plans. The more informed you are, the more empowered you’ll be to make a difference when it comes to your own protection. There’s a lot this plan has to offer for such a low price in terms of getting you back on your feet. Zander Identity Theft Protection is honest about how they’re incapable of guaranteeing you won’t be a victim altogether and their realistic attitude should be appreciated rather than mocked. However, there does seem to be a lot of emphasis given to what will happen afterward rather than before.
The plan is virtually the same with either family, individual, monthly and yearly pricing. The family pricing covers 2 adults and their dependents (up to age 25.) You may cancel within 14 days for a full refund (unless you’ve utilized the recovery services.) Yearly memberships will not receive any type of refund, even if you choose to cancel on day 15 of the service. Monthly memberships won’t pay out for partial months, but will discontinue billing for the remaining time.
Zander gives this number, but does not state if its a 24/7 number or give accompanying hours. It’s likely, though not explicitly stated, that once you sign up with the service, you’ll receive an ID Experts line that is 24/7.

Zander the independent insurance brokerage has been around for over 80 years, and the company has developed their name based on offering honest and valuable services to the average citizen. One important thing to note is that identity theft is mentioned on their About page, which suggests that this is very much a priority for them. You certainly won’t find this information listed on a lot of companies that white label, because it’s more of an after-thought. For example, Costco will talk about their amazing discounts to families and companies on their History page, not their outstanding identity theft coverage.
